碳酸和盐酸普鲁卡因在鱼苗运输中麻醉效果观察

摘    要:本实验测定了碳酸及盐酸普鲁卡因对草鱼鱼苗的麻醉效果,确定了两种麻醉剂的最适浓度及各浓度下的存活时间。其结果是:草鱼鱼苗在运输介质中,碳酸的最适浓度为500ppm,其安全存活(10%的死亡率)达201小时;盐酸普鲁卡因的最适浓度为90ppm,安全存活达152小时,而对照组仅为91小时。

OBSERVATIONS ON THE EFFICACY OF CARBONIC ACID AND HYDROCHLORIC PROCAINE AS ANAESTHESIAES FOR FISH FRY TRANSPORTATION
Abstract:Abstract The experiment determined the efficacy of carbonic acid and hydrochloric procaine as anaesthesiaes for grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus C.et V.)fry transportation and defined the optimum densities of the two anaesthesiaes as well as the survival time under the varied densities.The result is:grass carp fry in the medium of tranportation,the optimum density of carbonic acid is 500ppm and the safety survival time (mortality is 10%)is 201 hours;The optimum density of hydrochloric procaine is 90ppm and the safety survival time is 152h,however,the contrastive group is only 91h.
