现代月季硬枝扦插育苗试验研究

摘    要:为了解决现代月季品种硬枝扦插成活率偏低的问题。于2005~2006年用30多个现代月季1年生新品种的硬枝为插条,分别用1002、00和500 mg/L的IBA溶液浸泡插穗下端5或10 h,扦插于塑料拱棚中。以500 mg/L IBA浸泡插条基部5 h或100 mg/L IBA浸泡10h处理后,生根率为88.6%~90.0%,单株生根10.4~11.6条,扦插苗成活率为89%~90%;随着插条直径的增粗,生根率和每个插条的生根数及扦插苗的成活率提高;扦插苗当年生长健壮,五一节前后现蕾并逐渐开花。IBA溶液可显著促进现代月季硬枝插条的生根和成活。IBA的适宜浓度和浸泡时间是:以100 mg/L溶液浸泡10 h或500 mg/L浸泡5 h。

Abstract:The study aimed to solve the problem of low survival rate of hardwood cutting of Rosa hybrida Hort.With the hardwoods from more than 30 1-year-old new of Rosa hybrida variety as cuttings,their lower ends were soaked in 100,200 and 500 mg/L IBA solutions for 5 h or 10 h,and then were put into the soil in plastic arch shed in 2005~2006.After the cutting base was soaked in 500 mg/L IBA solution for 5 or in 100 mg/L IBA for 10 h,the rooting rate was 88.6%~90.0%,rooting number per plant was 10.4~11.6 and survival rate of cutting seedlings was 89%~90%.The rooting rate,rooting number per cutting and survival rate of cutting seedlings were increased along with the cutting diameters thickening.The cutting seedlings grew strongly in the first year and presented buds and bloomed before or after May 1st festival.IBA solution could promote the rooting and surviving of Rosa hybrida hardwood cutting significantly.The proper concentration and soaking time were: 100 mg/L solution soaking for 10 h and 500 mg/L for 5 h.
