摘    要:利用Agilent甘蔗4×44k(per array)芯片分析甘蔗叶片在甘蔗成熟期的差异表达基因,并通过生物信息学手段对基因芯片杂交结果进行分析。芯片杂交结果符合质控标准,并且杂交数据重复性良好,结果可靠。在甘蔗生长过程中8个时间点上,共筛选出相关差异在2倍以上的基因20个,其中上调表达基因17个,下调表达基因3个。这些候选基因分别涉及不同水平分子进程和多种代谢途径。

Abstract:In this study,Agilent sugarcane 4×44k(per array) genechip was used to identify the differentially expressed genes in the leaves of mature sugarcane,and bioinformatics tools were used for genechip hybridization analysis.Microarray hybridization results met the quality standards,the data showed excellent reproducibility and the results were reliable.The differentially expressed genes were screened from the large number genes based on the bioinformatics analysis and microarray by ratio value≥2 during the 8 periods of sugarcane growth.The common differentially expressed genes were 20 ESTs including 17 of Up-regulated and 3 of down-regulated ESTs genes.These genes involved in different molecular processes and a variety of metabolic pathways.
