| 摘 要： | 本试验建立了诊断鸡传染性法氏囊病的对流免疫电泳（CIE）技术。试验结果表明，该法的敏感性较琼脂凝胶沉淀试验至少高4倍，并具有快速、敏感、特异等特点。鸡传染性法氏囊病（IBD）是一种由传染性法氏囊病毒引起的急性高度传染性疾病。肉鸡感染后死亡率很高，通常死亡率约为10%-90%，如并发其他疾病，则死亡率更高。早期快速准确的诊断是防治本病的基础。 |

| Abstract: | The technique of chicken's IBD diagnosis by counter immuno-electrophoresis was established. It was shown that this technique was at least 4 times more sensitive than the agar-gel precipitation test, and featured rapidity,sensitivity and specificity. Infectious bursal disease is an acute, highly infectious disease caused by the IBD virus. Once infected, broilers die in large numbers, usually 10%-90%. A higher mortality will ensue if complications occur. Early, quick and accurate diagnosis constitutes the basis for controlling this disease. |
