光倒刺鲃不同种群的形态差异分析

摘    要:目的]为光倒刺鲃的良种选育提供理论基础。方法]对3个不同种群(北江、东江、赣江)光倒刺鲃的27个可量性状和22个框架性状进行主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析。结果]构建了3个主成分,其贡献率分别为26.026%、15.502%和7.81%,累计贡献率为49.399%。可将3个光倒刺鲃种群分为2个大簇,一簇是赣江,另一簇是北江和东江,聚类分析结果和主成分分析结果相一致。建立的判别公式可区分3个不同地域的光倒刺鲃,其样品判别正确率为100%,交叉验证判别正确率为98.03%。结论]该研究可为光倒刺鲃的种群鉴定、种质资源保护及其后续良种选育提供基础资料。

Morphological Variation Analysis of Different Spinibarbus hollandi Groups

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the selective breeding of Spinibarbus hollandi.Method] 27 quantitative traits and 22 frame traits of three different groups of Spinibarbus hollandi(North River,East River,Ganjiang River) were analyzed by principal component analysis,clustering analysis and discriminant analysis.Result]Three principal components were constructed and their contribution rates were 26.026%,15.502% and 7.810% respectively.The cumulative contribution rate was 49.399%.Three groups of S.hollandi were divided into two groups.The first group was Ganjiang River,while North River and East River were clustered into the second group.The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis are consistent.Three different groups of S.hollandi could be distinguished by the constructed discriminant formula and the correct ratio of discrimination for the samples was 100%.And the cross validation correct ratio of discrimination was 98.03%.Conclusion] The research could provide basic materials for population identificastion,germplasm resource protection and subsequent breeding of S.hollandi.
