| 摘 要： | 科普对提高公民的科学素质、实现全面建设小康社会提出的文化建设目标、推动经济发展和社会进步有着十分重要的意义,但科普是一项公益事业,需要全社会的共同努力.提出了作为文化教育和学术性机构,高校图书馆有责任、也有条件在科普宣传中发挥主阵地作用.
