| 摘 要： | 目的研究新型隐球菌脑膜脑炎的临床特点及MRI特点.方法收集北华大学附属医院1999-2005年间确诊为新型隐球菌性脑膜脑炎的12例患者,分析相关资料.结果12例患者中,脑脊液压力正常3例,升高9例,10例涂片阳性,2例脑脊液培养阳性.MRI示2例正常,10例异常,为长T1、长T2信号.治愈10例,死亡1例,自动出院1例.结论临床症状、体征及脑脊液改变,加之MRI特点是早期诊断和治疗新型隐球菌脑膜脑炎的重要信息,对疾病的转归及预后密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective .To study the clinical and MRI meningoencephalitis. Methods The relative data in 12 characters of patients with Cryptococcal Cryptococcal neoforrnans neoformans meningoencephalitis were analyzed in our hospital from 1999 to 2005. Results Among 12 patients of CSF, 9 cases were high intracranial hypertension and 3 cases were normal, 10 cases were positive in cerebrospinal fluid ink stain, 2 cases positive in cerebrospinal fluid culture. Of all patients, 10 cases had abnormal MRI. They were low signal intensity in T1WI and high signal intensity in T2WI. Of all patients, 10 cases completely recovered, 1 cases died, and 1 cases left hospital. Conclusion Clinical symptoms signs and CSF, as well as MRI provided possibility and reliability for early diagnosis and treatment. They were closely relative with the curative effect and prognosis. |
