柳杉花芽分化的观察

摘    要:柳杉的花芽分化是年发育周期中的重要物候期。本文着重研究雌雄球花芽分化的各个时期和其他物候期的关系,结果如下: 柳杉雄球花原基于6月下旬开始分化,7月上旬形成小孢子叶球(雄球花)原基和小孢子叶,7月下旬出现小孢子囊原基,10月上旬形成小孢子母细胞。 柳杉的雌球花原基于6月中旬开始分化,7月下旬苞鳞形成,胚珠原基和珠鳞原基的分化在8月底和11月中,11月上旬形成珠被,11月底形成大孢子母细胞,胚囊在翌年2月底形成。

Abstract:The differentiation of flower-bud is an important phenological phase of Cryptomeria fortunei in the yearly developmental cycle. In this paper, the stages and the other any phenological phase of flower-bud differentiation are discussed. The results are as follows. The male cone primordia of C. fortunei start to differentiate in the last 10 days of June. The microstrobilus primordia and the microsphyll form in the first 10 days of July, the microsporangium primordia in the last 10 days of July, and the microspore mother cells in the first 10 days of October. The female cone primordia begin to differentiate in the second 10 days of June, and the bract scale forms in the last 10 days of July. The differentiations of ovule primordia and ovuliferous sscale primordia begin at the end of August and the middle of November individually. The integument forms in the first 10 days of November, the macrosporocyte at the end of November, and embryo sac at the end of February of the next year.
