摘    要:本研究选用2个抗旱小麦和4个农艺亲本,按Grifing双列杂交方法4配制15个组合。对2个抗旱小麦C抗8和C抗9和10个主要农艺性状的配合力和遗传进行了分析。结果表明:抗旱小麦C抗8在单株穗数、单株产量和收获指数等性状有高的一般配合力,且收获指数的特殊配合力方差最大。C抗9的每穗粒数、千粒重、单株产量和收获指数等几个性状的一般配合力效应值为负值,但其特殊配合力方差较高或中等。株高、千粒重、穗长、小

Abstract:To evaluate the combining ability and heritability of to agronomic characters about two wheat materials with drought resistance: C-Kang 8 and C-Kang 9, four commercial wheat varieties were selected to make a diallel crossing system (Griffing method 4). The results indicated that the general combining ability of the amount of spike and grain yield per plant and harvest index from C-Kang 8 were high, while the variance of specific combining ablilty effect of harvest index was the biggest. The general combining ability of grain amount per spike, thousand grain weight, grain yield per plant and harvest index were of negative value, while the variances of specific combining ability effect of these characters were middle or general high. The additive effect variances of plant height, thousand grain weight,spike length, number of spikelets, grain yield per plant and harvest index were dominant, while the non-additive effect variances of grain amount per spike, grain yield per plant and numbers of fertile spikelets were dominant, The two kinds of effect variances above of spike ainount per plant shared 50% of the total variance respectively. Of the ten characters,thousand grain weight had high heritability.
