摘    要:以菊花‘剑冲天’为试材,用不同浓度Ca2+和6-BA的复配液采前处理,初步研究其对瓶插“剑冲天”切花寿命的影响。结果表明:切花花瓣花青素含量、切花花瓣细胞膜相对透性、花朵直径、花枝叶片叶绿素含量等所有处理间存在差异,虽然差异显著性变化规律不明显,但分析显示,处理4即2 000 mg/L Ca2++50 mg/L 6-BA复配效果最佳。

Abstract:The effect of the pre-harvest treatment by the mixture of Ca~(2+) and 6-BA on the vase life of 'Dendranthema morifolium Tzve.'cut flower was studied.The results showed that there was significant effect of different concentration of Ca~(2+) and 6-BA on the anthocyanin content,relative plasmalemma permeability in petals,flower diameter and chlorophyll content in flower stem leaves.The optimum concentration of Ca~(2+) and 6-BA in mixture were 2 000 mg/L and 50 mg/L,respectively.
