摘    要:阐述了4YZ-2型自走式玉米收获机的设计思想和设计原理,介绍了整机、传动系统及主要工作部件的结构设计及技术特点。摘穗装置设计为卧式摘穗辊,对茎秆不同状态的适应性强,功率损耗小;并设计了清草刀,解决了两行玉米机割台易缠草堵塞的问题;秸秆铡碎还田机模仿人工铡刀铡切玉米秸秆的过程把切刀设计成卧式高速旋转刀,使秸秆切碎过程高速连续化。通过田间试验和检测,证明该机符合国家相关标准,并通过了山东省农机试验鉴定站的鉴定

Abstract:The design ideas and principles of Model 4YZ-2 self-propelled corn harvester are elaborated, and the structural design and technical features of the machine, the transmission system and the main working parts are introduced. Ear snapping device is designed for horizontal snapping rollers, with strong adaptability to the stem of different states and low power consumption; besides,in order to solve clogging problems caused by grass winding, clearing grass cutters are designed. The stalk cutting and returning-back-to-field machine imitates cutting corn straw process of manual guillotine cutter, which is designed as horizontal high-speed rotary cutter, enables the straw cutting process at high speed and done continuously. The actual field working test proved that the Model 4YZ-2 self-propelled corn harvester met the national relevant standards, and also passed the appraisal of Shandong Agricultural Machinery Test and Appraisal Station.
