摘    要:以往将水资源可利用量计算都是将它作为一个固定值,文中将生态环境状况与水资源可利用量相结合,根据辽河流域水资源紧缺及低温期长的特点,用修正的Tennant法计算了辽河流域的生态条件分别为"一般"和"好"时的河道内生态需水量;并将此作为河道内生态需水量的上限与下限,用倒扣法计算出相应的地表水资源可利用量和水资源可利用总量的...

Abstract:The amount of available water resources is always used as a fixed value. However,in this paper we combined ecological environment with available water resources to consider the amount of available water resource.
