| 摘 要： | 流量控制是小麦搭配加工过程中的重要环节。流量控制的主要设备是容积式配麦器和重力式配麦器,目前应用较多的是TPLR型容积式配麦器,其流量控制方式是通过选择配麦器上方的6个控制插门的打开或关闭来实现的,而插门刻度值的选择正是配麦器操作的关键所在,重点介绍了刻度值插门的选择方法。

| Abstract: | The flow control is important step in wheat blending.the main equipments of flow control are volumetric proportioning metering device and weight proportioning device.And the TPLRvolumetric proportioning metering device is widely used,its flow control type is achieved by switching 6 flashboards,the selection of flashboard calibration is the key step of wheat blending operation,the selection method of flashboard calibration is introduced. |
