| 摘 要： | 政策科学作为政治科学的一门新兴学科,与政治的关系密切。政治是政策的环境基础,政策的发展离不开政治进步。政策的进步,取决于政治环境和政治科学的整体进步。当政治成为辩论平台时,政策就会成为人们争议的焦点。

| Abstract: | As a new branch of political science,the policy science is closed connected with politics.Politics is the environmental basis of policy that the development of policy is highly dependent on progressiveness of politics.The progressiveness of policy is determined by that of both the political environment and political science.Once politics becomes a forum for public arguement,the political affairs will be the focus of it. |
