| 摘 要： | 为了查明某绒山羊舍饲基地绒山羊流产、早产,羔羊死亡的病因.按国家布鲁氏菌病和蓝舌病检疫规程,采用血清凝集试验和琼脂扩散试验,对该绒山羊舍饲基地舍饲的绒山羊及其周边养殖户放养的绒山羊进行了布鲁氏菌病和蓝舌病血清流行病学调查.结果显示:舍饲绒山羊布鲁氏菌病和蓝舌病血清抗体阳性率分别为12.6%和21.9%;放养绒山羊布鲁氏菌病和蓝舌病血清抗体均为阴性.结果表明:该绒山羊舍饲基地舍饲的绒山羊中存在布鲁氏菌病和蓝舌病,应采取有效的综合防治措施加以控制.
