| Abstract: | Advances in rice root systems studies in the recent years were reviewed in detail,including form,functions and vitality of rice roots,relationship between roots and shots in rice,impact of environment on rice roots.Some countermeasures for overcoming the shortcomings of current researches were provided,and the research direction of rice root systems in the future was predicted. |
