| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的飞速发展,全球生态环境安全已经成为人们日常&-D的问题,在这样的前提下,水安全已成为生态安全方面一个重要的核心问题.从水量、水质、水灾害和水工程安全4个方面分析了青海省水安全现状,提出青海省水安全分区战略,分析了可以保障青海省水安全问题的解决对策. |
