| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了拟除虫菊酯类农药在农副产品生产中的应用以及该类农药在食品中的残留现状,对拟除虫菊酯类农药残留常规检测分析方法和免疫分析方法进行了论述,指出这些分析方法在处理大量样品以及在高效、经济和快速检测方面仍存在缺陷,并对酶联免疫技术和免疫胶体金层析技术的快速检测研究进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the application of pyrethroids pesticides in the production of subsidiary agricultural products and the research status of its residues in food.The paper discusses about routine examination techniques and immunoassay analysis methods for detecting residue of pyrethroids pesticides.It has been observed that these methods have some drawbacks because of being uneconomic and less efficient and incapability to deal with a great number of samples at a time.The emphasis has been given on development of enzyme immunoassay and tomography techniques of immune colloidal gold for detecting pyrethroids pesticide residue. |
