摘    要:该文叙述了竹醋液的生产方法、分离精制工艺及其所含的主要化学成分;介绍了分离精制后的竹醋液在食品加工、卫生保健、农业生产、观赏园艺等方面的应用前景.加强竹醋液的开发利用对我国竹炭产业的进一步发展具有重要意义.

Abstract:The manufacturing method of bamboo vinegar was briefly introduced. The main composition of bamboo vinegar was tersely presented. Applications of bamboo vinegar in food processing, hygiene, agriculture and so on were elaborated in detail. Based on a fertilizing experiment, it was found that bamboo vinegar could obviously increase the chlorophyll content of some ornamentals and enhance their growth.
