| 摘 要： | 采用冰冻切片,H.E染色,支气管分泌物涂片,Gram染色,对临床自然发病猪的支气管分泌物、肺脏、肝脏、脾脏和淋巴结进行了细菌学和组织病理学观察。结果表明:在支气管分泌物涂片中含有大量呈革兰氏阴性的胸膜肺炎放线杆菌;肝脏淤血,肺组织坏死、出血、显著纤维化及嗜中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞浸润;脾脏呈坏死性脾炎变化,淋巴结呈出血性淋巴结炎变化。根据细菌学检查和组织病理学观察结果诊断为猪接触传染性胸膜肺炎,同时筛选出抗菌王为临床治疗该病的首选药物。

| Abstract: | The secretion in bronchus smear,Gram staining,freezing section and HE staining were used to study the secretion in bronchus,lung,liver,spleen and lymph node of naturely infected piglets in clinic.The results showed that a large amount of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae with gram negative infections could be seen in the secretion of bronchus;There were congestion in liver,necrosis,hemorrhage,fibrosis with neutrophils and macrophage infiltrating in lung tissue,necrotic splenitis in spleen,and hemorrhagic lymphadenitis in lymph node.Based on the above results,the piglets were diagnosed correctly and kangiunwang was selected out as a most active agent against this disese clinically. |
