国际食品法典委员会动物源性食品中农药最大残留限量制定现状

摘    要:动物源性食品中的农药残留越来越受到社会关注,但是目前基于我国试验数据开展的膳食风险评估和最大残留限量推荐实践非常少。本文结合农药残留专家联席会议 (JMPR) 评估实践,重点介绍了评估所需试验数据的要求、动物源性食品中农药残留水平的估算、膳食风险评估和最大残留限量推荐的方法,分析了国际食品法典委员会 (CAC) 动物源性食品中农药残留定义和最大残留限量 (MRL) 制定现状,并基于国内实际情况对相关研究工作提出了建议。

Current situation on setting of pesticide maximum residue limits in food commodities of animal origin in Codex Alimentarius Commission

Abstract:Pesticide residues in food commodities of animal origin have been in the spotlight in recent years. Currently, however, the practice of pesticide dietary risk assessment and maximum residue limits (MRL) recommendation in food of animal origin based on experimental data in China is very few. In this article, data requirements, estimation of pesticide residue level, dietary risk assessment, and MRL recommendation methods with respect to food commodities of animal origin were presented in the light of Joint Meeting on Pesticide Residues (JMPR) practices. Meanwhile, the current status of pesticide residue definitions and MRL establishment in food commodities of animal origin in Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) was analyzed. Suggestions and advises were given for relevant research aspects considering the actual situation in China.
