酢浆草"熔岩"的组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:本研究选取"熔岩"酢浆草茎为外植体进行了组织培养研究,建立了其再生快繁体系.结果表明,适合丛生芽诱导及增殖的培养基是MS+0.2 mg/LNAA+1 mg/L6-BA,丛生芽诱导率可达100%,增殖系数达35.11;适合壮苗培养基是不添加激素的MS培养基,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.05 mg/LNAA,平均根数达4.73,平均根长达3.75.为"熔岩"酢浆草的大规模生产提供基础数据.

Abstract:The stems of Oxalis Sunset Velvetl were used as explants in tissue culture and rapid propagation system.The results showed that the optimal medium for inducing clustered shoots was MS + 0.2 mg/LNAA + 1 mg/L6-BA with 100% induction rate and 35.11 multiplication coefficient.The suitable medium for strong seedling was MS without hormones.The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2 MS + 0.05 mg/LNAA.Average root number and average root length were 4.73 and 3.75 respectively.The results indicated that the Oxalis Sunset Velvet was able to provide the basic data for mass production.
