云南甘蔗细茎野生种F2群体主要农艺性状的主成分分析与综合评价

摘    要:对白楼蔗与云瑞14-252杂交所创制的45份云南割手密F2群体创新材料,采用主成分分析和聚类分析法对其农艺性状指标进行综合评价。结果表明:7个农艺性状的变异较丰富,变异系数在7.68%~58.68%之间,某些创新材料有一定的优势可利用。选出的影响云南割手密F2群体创新材料的3个主成分累积贡献率达87.646%,其中第一主成分即蔗茎产量糖分因子是最重要的因子,其贡献率达50.998%。经综合评价表明,45份云南割手密F2群体创新材料农艺性状综合得分较高的是云割F218-38-17、云割F218-38-45、云割F218-38-15、云割F218-38-3、云割F218-38-43、云割F218-38-5和云割F218-38-8。聚类分析将45份创新材料分为3类,结果与主成分得分结果一致。

Abstract:The agronomic traits of 45 entries of F2 progeny,produced by hybridization of Bailou cane and Yunrui 14-252,were evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the variation of seven agronomic traits was abundant,and the variation coefficient ranged from 7.68%to 58.68%.The cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components affecting the consanguinae of the selected innovative F2 materials was 87.646%,among which the first principal component,sugar factor of cane yield,was the most important,with a contribution rate of 50.998%.According to the comprehensive evaluation on the agronomic traits in the 45 F2 innovative materials in Yunnan,the entries with high comprehensive score were YGF218-38-17,YGF218-38-45,YGF218-38-15,YGF218-38-3,YGF218-38-43,YGF218-38-5 and YGF218-38-8.The cluster analysis divided the 45 innovative materials into 3 categories,and the results were consistent with the principal component scores.
