| 摘 要： | “十五”以来，我国农产品加工业得到了迅猛发展，其中科技创新起到举足轻重的作用。对农产品加工业及其科技创新体系的发展现状进行简要介绍，对农产品加工业科技创新进行战略定位，对存在的主要问题与差距进行深入剖析，对科技创新体系建设的科学内涵与重点内容进行全面阐述，明确了农产品加工业科技创新的发展方向和工作重点，提出了科技创新体系建设的目标、任务、原则和布局构想。
