摘    要:经1979—81三年四代试验研究,筛选出了克服油菜、甘蓝、大白菜等芸苔属作物自交不亲和性(SI)的极其普通的有效药剂NaCl。为进一步考察NaCl的实际应用效应和具体施用技术,在1982—84三年内在省内外不同地点又作了实际应用试验,大多获得了成功。可建议直接应用于芸苔属作物自交不亲和系的繁殖制种和育种研究。


Studies on Overcoming Self--incompatibility with Chemical Method in Brassica Ⅱ. Practical effects of NaCl to on self--incompatibility of plants in Brassica
Abstract:Test has been carried out for three years(involving four generations) since 1979, and we have selected effetive ordinary, chemical proparation NaCl to overcome self-incompatibility of rape, cabbage and Peking cabbage. In order to observe its practical effects and concrete utilization technology, this test has been repeated in diffrent places from 1982 to 1984 and most of them have been successful. The method can be used for reproducing self-incompatible lines and breeding research in Brassica.
