| 摘 要： | 从25个鸡场疑似卵黄性腹膜炎的病料中分离到了18株大肠杆菌和2株沙门氏菌,经大肠杆菌O血清型鉴定为O_(78)6株,O_(11)、O_4各4株,O_(143)2株,O_(15)、O_2各1株,其中O_(78)、O_(11)、O_4为优势血清型,用优势血清型菌株分别接种改良的血清-葡萄糖-肉汤培养基研制成多价油乳剂灭活苗,在开产前接种鸡群预防产蛋鸡卵黄性腹膜炎,预防效果良好,而采取多价油乳剂灭活苗预防接种配合活菌制剂益生素使用,预防效果更佳。使用优势血清型菌株筛选的敏感药物硫酸丁胺卡那霉素、强力霉素,同时配合清瘟败毒散和V_C对卵黄性腹膜炎鸡群进行治疗,治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Eighteen strains of Escherichia coli (E. coli) and two strains of Salmonella were isolated from the suspected hen specimen of yolk perionaeum peritonitis. The seroty-pes of the isolated E. coil strains were identified as O_(78)(6 strains), O_(11)(4 strains), O_4(4 strains), O_(143)(4 strains), O_(15)(one strain), and O_2(one strain) by the O-serological typing assay, respectively, of which serotype O_(78), Oil and O_4 were the dominant strains. An inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine was produced by culturing the dominant E. coli strains in a medified serum-glucose-broth. The hen flocks immunized with the oil-emulsion vaccine before laying eggs were prevented efficiently from the yolk perionaeum peritonitis. Morsover, the vaccination combining with probiotics feeding induced more efficiently protective immune reaction. The administration of such sensitive antibiotic as Amikacin Sulfate and Dozycycline Hyclate, which were selected for the dominant E. coli strains by the drug susceptibility test, combing with the Chinese traditional medicine Qing-Wen-Bai-Du-San and vitamin C was shown more effective for cure of the yolk perionaeum peritonitis. |
