| Abstract: | According to the standards of "Free-pollutant Food of Been Vegetables NY5078-2005", "Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food GB2763-2005", and the requests of products exported to Japan, America and EU, the production technical regulation of sweet pea in Zhangzhou was prescribed in the paper. It included the choice of production base, the choice of variety, soil preperation, field management, pest and disease controlling, harvesting, monitoring and establishing product archives. |
