| 摘 要： | 选用11个品质性状差异较大的小麦品种,以NCII杂交设计配置30个杂交组合,研究单株穗数、穗粒数、千粒重和单株产量等4个性状的F2代杂种优势、亲子相关及回归.结果表明:F2代各产量性状的杂种优势均明显衰退,除穗粒数呈弱正向优势外(HMF2=0.227),其余性状均呈现负向优势,亲子相关和回归分析得出杂种F2产量各性状与双亲相应性状的中亲值相关系数均达到极显著正相关,杂种F2代与双亲关系密切.因此,若选择优良亲本,注重提高双亲产量性状的平均水平,小麦的杂种优势可以利用F2代.

| Abstract: | In this study,11 winter wheat varieties with significantly different quality characters were in-vestigated based on NCII hybridization combination.Heterosis,parent-offspring correlation and regression on yield characters in F2 generation were analyzed.Results are as follows: Heterosis of yield characters in F2 generation declined obviously and the predominance of all other characters also declined in addition to seed number.Yield characters in F2 generation and parents(HM) were highly signifcantly correlated by parent-offspring correlation and regression.Acorrding to choosing better parents and raising the heterosis of all the yield charater,it is suggested that it is feasible to use the F2 generation for exploitation. |
