| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,在党和政府一系列加速农牧业发展政策的推动下,加之“菜篮子”工程的实施,大大促进了我国集约化养猪生产的发展,为扭转城市和工矿区猪肉供应紧张的局面做出了巨大贡献。目前我国生猪饲养头数和猪肉产量巳跃居世界第一,但平均出栏率却远远低于畜牧业发达国家,我国养猪业可持续发展的形势并不乐观。特别是我国加入WTO后,只有大力发展生态养猪,保护生态环境,才能促进我国养猪业的可持续发展,才能具有国际竞争力。

Promoting Swine Industry by Ecological Pig Raising and Environment Protection |

| Abstract: | Since opening outside, due to the policies issued by national government, especially the practice of "CaiLanZi engineering", commercial pig farming has markedly altered and greatly contributed to urban and industry area pork supply. Currently the numbers of live pigs and output of pork production of China has ranked firstly in the world, but the average market rate is lower than that of many advanced animal husbandry countries, showing the gloomy prospect of pig raising development. With China WTO accession, in an effort to accelerate pig industry, only by means of ecological pig raising and environment protection, animal husbandry sustainable development be realized and international competence strengthened. |
