| 摘 要： | 本文对天花粉多糖(HTA)注射剂,进行其免疫学方面的试验研究。试验结果表明,与N.S、Cy对照组相比,天花粉多糖能显著促进绵羊红细胞(SRBC)抗体的产生(P<0.01);能促进小鼠脾脏免疫器官细胞的增殖,与Cy阴性对照组有显著差异(P<0.01);在促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞(CRBC)的能力方面,与对照组之间无显著差异。PHA-P刺激淋巴细胞增殖试验结果表明,天花粉多糖能显著促进免疫细胞的增殖,与Le、N.S、Cy组均有显著差异(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | Study of immunalofical tests on an injection of radix trichosanthin amylose(HTA) which had been distilled from radix trichosanthin.Results of the particular immunity tests showed that the injection of HTA could significantly expedite produce of antibody of sheep red blood cell(SRBC),compared with both Naturalbrins(N.S)and Cyclophosphamide monohydrate(Cy)(P < 0.01).Results of the non-particularity immunity tests showed that HTA had the better action to the viscera index of rat spleen compared with Cy(P < 0.01).And HTA could increase the ability of macrophage engulfing chicken red blood cells(CRBC)(P > 0.05).Results of PHA-P stimulative test showed that HTA enhanced the multiplication of lymphocyte in vitro compared with Levamisole(Le),N.S and Cy(P < 0.01=. |
