| 摘 要： | 随着"多莉"羊的诞生,体细胞克隆技术近年来发展迅速,并获得了一大批克隆动物.但克隆动物的效率仍然偏低,这与克隆技术各个环节的完善程度有关,卵母细胞的去核就是其中的重要环节之一.本文对近年来常见的几种卵母细胞去核方法作了详尽的论述,以期为该领域的科研工作者提供参考.

| Abstract: | With the birth of Dolly sheep,the technology of somatic cell nuclear transfer is developing fast and many cloned animals are achieved recently.The efficiency of clone is still low,depending on the maturity of different parts of this technology in which oocyte enucleation is an important part.This article detailed some oocyte enucleation methods by many labs in recent years intending to give researchers reference in this domain. |
