| 摘 要： | 研究了烤前烟田灌溉对不同成熟度烟叶含水量的影响,以及不同含水量烟叶烤后的外观和内在质量的差异.结果表明,烤前烟田灌水,能有效提高调制后烟叶的上等烟比例及可溶性总糖、还原糖含量,降低总氮、烟碱含量,使调制后烟叶化学成分趋于协调,品质有所改善.

| Abstract: | The effects of irrigation before harvesting on moisture content of flue-cured tobacco leaves with different maturity were studied in field experiment, the quality of those tobacco leaves was compared as well. Result showed that under irrigation conditions, the proportion of high grade tobacco leaves and carbohydrate of tobacco leaves increased effectively, conversely, the contents of total nifrogen and nicotine decreased. It was concluded that the chemical components of tobacco leaves became more harmonious, and quality improved. |
