| 摘 要： | 社区是社会的缩影。建设社区居民自治有利于扩大居民政治参与和基层民主建设,是我国社会主义民主政治发展的必然结果。在我国由于党和各级领导的重视,社区工作者的介入,社区居民自治已有显著的成绩,但仍然存在一些问题,如社区居民参与意识淡薄;社区居民自治的法律不健全;社区缺乏财政体系等,这些问题影响了居民自治进一步的发展。

| Abstract: | Community is a miniature of society .Builing of autonomy of community denizens is helpful for denizens to participate in polity and democracy.In China , because of recognition of Party and leaders ,the autonomy of community denizen is successful.But there are some problems still ,such as the consciousnessof participation is lukewarm ,the law is distemperde , and the community lacks of the financial system .They have affected the development of autonomy of community denizens. |
