摘    要:以紫花苜蓿品种甘农3号,甘农5号和游客的亲本及其杂交后代作为试验材料,从形态学水平对苜蓿的遗传变异以及亲缘关系进行分析发现,株系间的变异十分丰富,叶面积和叶形指数变异水平最高,分别为31.30%和22.34%;相关性分析表明,节间数与主茎长呈显著正相关、与节间长呈极显著负相关;节间数、主茎长、节间长与叶形态指标没有表现出相关性,而叶形态6个指标大多数都表现出显著的相关性;主成分分析表明,形态学性状的主要变异来源于叶面积、叶长、叶周长、叶形指数。

Abstract:Morphological characteristics of 3alfalfa cultivars(Gannong No.3,Gannong No.5and Youke)and their hybrid offspring were analyzed and the morphologic variance were found among 32 germplasms.The result showed that the highest level of variation existed in leaf area and leaf shape index(31.30% and 22.34%).Correlation analysis showed that the node number was significantly positively correlated with the main stem length and it was significantly negatively correlated with the internode length.There was not any correlation among the node number,main stem length,internode length and morphological index of leaf,while most of leaf morphology index showed significant correlation.Principal component analysis indicated that the main morphological variance among 32 germplasms came from leaf area,leaf length,leaf perimeter and leaf shape index.
