一株琼脂粉降解细菌的分离

摘    要:用画线接种的方法把58株从堆肥中分离的细菌接种于只含琼脂粉和水分的平皿上,室温培养数天后发现有1株细菌(BR5-1)能明显长出菌落。用这株细菌接种于含琼脂粉(2、8g·L-1)的无菌水悬液以及对照生理盐水和LB中,摇床培养48h后稀释倒平皿测活菌数。结果表明,活菌浓度在含琼脂粉的液体中(6.5×103、6.0×103cfu·mL-1)明显比在对照处理生理盐水(6.1×102cfu·mL-1)中高,但是明显比在对照处理LB培养基(1.1×108cfu·mL-1)中低。试验表明这株菌能够降解琼脂粉。

Abstract:One among 58 strains of bacteria isolated from compost showed clear colonies after a few days of growth on the plates containing medium made of only agar and water.Water suspention contained only agar(2,8 g·L-1) with the two controls(normal saline,LB medium) was inoculated with the bacteria(BR5-1) to see whether there were increasement of the alive bacteria consentration after 48 h of growth.Results showed that there were clear increasement of the alive bacteria concentration in the agar suspention(6.5×103,6.0×103 cfu·mL-1) compared to that in the normal saline control(6.1×102 cfu·mL-1),and far lower than that in LB control(1.1×108 cfu·mL-1).In conclusion,the bacteria strain(BR5-1) could degrade agar.
