| 摘 要： | 对福建东南部7个野生蕉自然居群289份样品进行ISSR及聚类分析。结果表明:①16条ISSR引物共扩增出条带174条,其中多态性条带121条,多态性百分率(P)69.54%。②7个野生蕉自然居群的多态位点百分率为17.24%～45.4%,且差异显著,但遗传多样性水平均不高。③总的遗传变异中,58.24%基因变异来源于各野生蕉居群之间,41.76%基因变异来源于各个野生蕉居群内部交流。7个野生蕉居群间基因流较低,不能维持较高的基因变异多样性。④聚类分析结果表明,其亲缘关系与地理分布有密切关系。
