摘    要:试验采用0、50、100、1502、00 g.L-15个质量浓度梯度的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)为渗透介质,对胡枝子属的8个种的种子进行了渗透胁迫处理,结果表明:随着PEG浓度的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、苗重、根长以及苗高总体呈下降趋势,低浓度(501、00 g.L-1)处理与对照差异不显著(P<0.05)或略高于对照,高浓度(100、200 g.L-1)处理与对照差异显著(P<0.05).通过对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、苗重、根长以及苗高7项指标综合分析表明:供试的8个种的种子萌发期抗旱性强弱依次为:‘截叶铁扫帚’>‘白指甲花’>‘多花胡枝子’>‘二色胡枝子’>‘尖叶铁扫帚’=‘达乌里胡枝子’>‘牛枝子’>‘美丽胡枝子’.

Abstract:The seeds of Lespedeza(8 species) were used as materials to be treated under the drought stress by polyethylene glycols (PEG) at five levels ,0.50,100,150 and 200 g ·L~(-1). The results showed that with the increasing of PEG concentration, the seeds germination rate,germination potential,germina-tion index,vigor index,seedling weight,root length and height of seedling were all decreased, which were not significantly different between lower PEG concentration treatments and control, while significantly dif-ferent between higher PEG concentration and control. Comprehensive analysis on all the seven indexes a-bove showed that the order of drought-resistance of 8 species of Lespedeza in seed germination period was L. cuneata>L. inschanica>L. floribunda>L. bicolor>L. juncea = L. daurica>L. potaninii>h. formosa.
