| 摘 要： | 马铃薯脱毒试管苗生产是马铃薯脱毒微型薯产业化的重要环节，但组培苗生产成本较高，严重制约了脱毒种薯产业化的发展。本文以工厂化生产组培苗直接成本与间接成本为线索，从经营管理与技术更新上提出一些既能保证试管苗质量，又能降低生产成本的有效管理措施，对非机械化生产组培室有一定的参考价值。
