蓄能式液控双速闸门启闭系统的研究

摘    要:研究采用水力过渡过程理论、电液控制技术与蓄压器技术、研究了大型轴流泵站在“超驼峰运行”条件下水泵出口闸门的最优启闭程序,并研制了蓄能液控双速闸门及启闭系统,从而实现了在水泵启动和停机过程中水泵出口的闸门全自动双速开启与关闭,从而解决了大型轴流泵站的所谓“超驼峰运行”问题,为确保机组正常安全运行,提高泵站的经济效益发挥了重要的作用。

Research on Gate Hoisting System with Double Speed Accumulative Hydraulic Control
Abstract:The optimum hoisting program for outlet gate of pumps in large sized axial flow pumping station under super camelback operation, has been researched by adopting hydraulic transient control theory, electrohydraulic control and pressure accumulator techniques. The double speed gate with accumulative and hydraulic control and its hoisting system have been developed. Thus, the double speed wholly automatic hositing of outlet gate of pumps under starting up and stoppage process of pumps, is implemented. And therefore the problem of so called super camelback opeartion of large sized axial flow pumping stations, is solved. It will play an important role in guaranteeing normal safety operation of units and raising economic benefit of pumping stations.
