摘    要:试验测定了三项北京鸭7周龄体尺指标、胸肉重、胸肉率和两项体重指标,估计了其遗传力和它们之间的表型和遗传相关。结果表明,胸肉重、胸肉率、体重、龙骨长、胸宽和胸肉厚的遗传力分别为0.61、0.43、0.43、0.45、0、42和0.36。体重、龙骨长、胸宽和胸肉厚四项指标与胸肉重的遗传相关分别为0.78、0.76、0.76和0.76;龙骨长、胸宽、胸肉厚三项指标与胸肉率的遗传相关分别为0.66、0.71、0.71。用体重(P1)、龙骨长(P2)、胸宽(P3)和胸肉厚(P4)制定出的胸肉重间接选种的综合选择指数为:I1=2.96P1 P2 1.56P3 1.2P4;用龙骨长(P1)、胸宽(P2)和胸肉厚(P3)制定出的胸肉率间接选种的综合选择指数为:I2=1.79P1 5.18P2 P3。

Study of Synthetic Selection Index of Breast Meat Weight and Breast Meat Rate with Main Body Size and Body Weight Traits in Pekin Duck
Abstract:The three body size traits,breast meat weight,breast meat rate and two body weight traits at 7 week of age were mensurated in Pekin Duck.The phenotypic and genetic correlation among these traits as well as h2 of these traits were estimated.The results showed that the h2 of breast meat weight,breast meat rate,body weight,keel length,bosom broadth and breast meat thickness were high,which were 0.61,0.43,0.43,0.45,0.42,0.36 and 0.37 respectively.The genetic correlation between body weight,keel length,breast breadth,breast meat thickness and breast meat weight were 0.78,0.76,0.76 and 0.76 respectively.The genetic correlation between keel length,bosom broadth,breast meat thickness and breast meat rate were 0.66,0.71 and 0.71 respectively.Hence,the synthetic selection index of breast meat weight(I)on body weight(P),keel length(P),bosom broadth(P)and breast meat thickness(P)were:I=2.96P P 1.56P 1.2P4;the synthetic selection index of breast meat rate(I)on keel length(P),bosom broadth(P)and breast meat thickness(P)were:I=1.79P 5.18P P.
