高效液相色谱法测定芹菜中的吡蚜酮残留

摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法研究芹菜中吡蚜酮残留的分析方法,样品在弱碱性条件下,用二氯甲烷提取,提取液经固相萃取小柱净化,高效液相色谱(VWD)测定。结果表明,该方法对芹菜中吡蚜酮的最低检出浓度为1.7×10-2mg/kg。回收率在84.62%~101.25%之间,变异系数在2.11%~3.16%。该方法简便快捷,符合农药残留检测要求。

Abstract:The determination of pymetrozine residue in celery was conducted by HPLC method.The sample were extracted from celery with dichloromethane under weak alkali condition,and the extract was cleaned up by SPE column and determined by HPLC equipped with VWD.The result showed that the lowest detectable limit for pymetrozine in celery was 1.7×10-2mg/kg.The mean recoveries were between 84.62% and 101.25%.The variation coefficients ranged from 2.11%to 3.16%.This method is simple and quick,and fitted for the demand of pesticide residue analysis and detection.
