| 摘 要： | 农业高新技术企业研发人员在传统农业向现代农业发展转变中发挥着重要作用。对研发人员进行有效的激励是当前农业高新技术企业人力资源管理的重心。结合工作实际,从内在性激励、外在性激励和约束性激励3方面阐述了对研发人员实施激励的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The research and development personnel in agricultural high-tech enterprise played an important role in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The emphasis of human resource management in agricultural high-tech enterprise was the effective inspiring of research and development personnel.The countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of intrinsic incentive,extrinsic incentive and constraint incentive according to the actual works. |
