摘    要:蒙河拓浚工程是淮河治理的国家重大工程之一,通过蒙河拓浚等工程措施,使淮河干流王家坝至临淮岗段河道达到设计行洪能力。该工程也是安徽阜南王家坝国家湿地公园(以下简称湿地公园)建设工程之一,通过分析拓浚工程对湿地公园维管植物、鸟类、兽类、两栖类、爬行类、鱼类、浮游动物、浮游植物、底栖生物等湿地生态系统的影响,提出科学合理的监测和生态修复等生态保护措施,保护湿地公园的湿地生态系统及其生物多样性资源,以有效发挥湿地调洪蓄水、水源涵养、水质净化、生物多样性保护等多种生态系统服务功能。

An analysis of the ecological impact of Menghe dredging Project on Wangjiaba National Wetland Park in Funan, Anhui Province
Abstract:The Mongolia River dredging project is one of the national important projects of Huaihe River control. Through the Mongolia River dredging and other engineering measures, the Huaihe River reaches the designed flood discharge capacity from Wangjiaba to Linhuagang. This project is also one of the construction projects of Wangjiaba National Wetland Park (hereinafter referred to as Wetland Park) in Funan, Anhui Province. Through analyzing the impact of the extension dredging project on wetland ecosystem of vascular plants, birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, fish, zooplankton, phytoplankton, benthos and other ecological protection measures, such as scientific and reasonable monitoring and ecological restoration, are proposed. To protect the wetland ecosystem and its biodiversity resources in the wetland park, so as to effectively play various ecosystem service functions of the wetland such as flood regulation and water storage, water source conservation, water purification and biodiversity protection.
