摘    要:芝麻株高是制约机械化生产和规模化种植的重要因素。本项目组研究了不同芝麻品种在100 mg/L矮壮素处理后,对株高、株型和产量等性状的影响。试验结果表明:喷施矮壮素可显著降低各个品种的株高,平均降低7.88%;常规栽培品种皖芝2号和三系杂交品种皖芝11号矮壮素处理后,株型矮化紧凑,单株蒴果数和每蒴粒数增加,单株产量分别提高了28.83%和65.90%,显著高于对照处理。研究结果将为芝麻矮化调控适应机械化生产应用提供技术支持。

Study on the dwarfing regulation effect of different sesame varieties adapted to mechanized application

Abstract:The plant height of sesame is an important factor restricting mechanized production and large-scale planting. The effects of different sesame varieties on plant height, plant type and yield after 100 mg/L chlormequat chloride (CCC) treatment were studied. The experimental results showed that the spraying of chlormequat could significantly reduce the plant height of each variety, with an average decrease of 7.88%. After the treatment of chlormequat, the plant type of the conventional cultivar Wanzhi 2 and the three-line hybrid variety Wanzhi 11 became dwarf and compact, and the number of capsules per plant and the number of seeds per capsule increased. After chlormequat treatment, the yield per plant of Wanzhi 2 and Wanzhi 11 increased by 28.83% and 65.90%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control treatment. The research results will provide technical support for the adaptation of sesame dwarfing regulation to mechanized production and application.
