| 摘 要： | 为研究遮荫时间对信阳地区薮北种茶树化学成分的影响,对薮北种进行7天、10天、15天三种不同的遮荫时间处理,以不遮荫的薮北种茶树作为对照,分析其化学成分的变化,探究较适宜薮北种茶树种植的遮荫天数。结果表明：遮荫处理后茶多酚和水浸出物含量有所降低,游离氨基酸和咖啡碱含量增加,酚氨比降低,可溶性糖含量与遮荫影响不大。遮荫7天的效果最好,茶多酚和水浸出物含量较其他遮荫条件高,咖啡碱、游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量最高,酚氨比低于对照,绿茶品质相对其他遮荫时间处理较好。

Analysis of Main Quality Chemical Component of Yabukita Tea Plant Under Different Shading Time |

| Abstract: | In order to study the influence of shading time on the chemical component of Yukabita in Xinyang area, a single factor variable method was used to treat Yabukita with three different shading time treatments of 7 days, 10 days and 15 days, Yabukita tea plant without shading were used as a control, analyze the changes in its chemical component, and explore the more suitable shading days for planting Yabukita tea plant. The results showed that after the shading treatment, the content of tea polyphenol and water extract decreased, the content of free amino acids and caffeine increased, the ratio of phenol to ammonia decreased, and the content of soluble sugar had little effect on shading. Under shading condition, the effect of shading for 7 days is the best, the contents of tea polyphenol and water extract were higher than other shading conditions, the contents of caffeine, free amino acids and soluble sugar were the highest, the phenol-ammonia ratio was lower than the contrast, the quality of green tea is better than other shading time treatments. |
