青花椒提取物对桃蚜的生物活性研究

摘    要:为了有效控制桃蚜的危害,研发新型、高效植物源杀虫剂,在室内测定了不同提取方法和不同溶剂提取的青花椒提取物对桃蚜的生物活性。结果表明:不同提取方法和不同溶剂提取的提取物对桃蚜的毒力有显著差异,以超声波提取石油醚为溶剂组合的提取物对桃蚜有较高的死亡率,浓度为33.3g/L提取物处理桃蚜48 h后,校正死亡率为93.33%,其对桃蚜的LC50为10.39 g/L;浓度分别为50.0 g/L、25.0 g/L、16.7 g/L、12.5 g/L、10 g/L时,处理桃蚜24 h后,对其的忌避率分别为81.94%、78.43%、80.31%、71.90%、66.67%;桃蚜在浓度为50.0 g/L提取物处理叶片上饲养时,其寿命和产仔量分别比对照减少3.66 d和31.17头。表明青花椒超声波石油醚提取物对桃蚜有较高的触杀和忌避活性,对其生长发育有较强的抑制作用。

Abstract:In order to control the damage of Myzus persicae effectively,the new style and high active plant insecticide was researched,the bioassays of Zanthoxylum schinifolium extracts to Myzus persicae were carried out in laboratory.The result showed that,the toxicity of extracts in different extraction methods and solvents to M.persicae was significant difference,the extract of petroleum ether by ultrasonic method to M.persicae had higher mortality,the corrected mortality was 93.33% at concentration of 33.3 g/L after 48 h,the LC50 to M.persicae was 10.39 g/L;The anti-feeding rate were 81.94%、78.43%、80.31%、71.90%、66.67% respectively at concentration of 50.0 g/L、25.0 g/L、16.7 g/L、12.5 g/L、10 g/L at 24 h after treatment;The life span of M.persicae was shorted 3.66 d and its′reproduction was decreased 31.17 numbers compared with control,when they were reared on the treated leaves at concentration of 50.0 g/L.It showed that Z.schinifolium's extract of petroleum ether by ultrasonic had better contact toxicity,anti-feeding activity and greatly inhibited to M.persicae.
