| 摘 要： | 根据渭南在城镇化过程中存在城镇规模较小、融资渠道不畅、缺乏产业支撑及区位优势没有得到很好认识等问题，提出应按照各自的特色和基础，发展一批工业型、商贸型、旅游型等产业特色突出的小城镇；进一步提升中心城市功能，加快县域经济发展，有重点地发展小城镇并做大做强城镇支撑产业。
