吉林省玉米种植家庭农场经营效率及规模研究

摘    要:针对吉林省种植业家庭农场,对从事玉米种植的家庭农场展开调研,建立经营效率评价指标体系,运用DEA模型对吉林省玉米种植家庭农场经营效率展开研究,并运用超效率DEA模型测算家庭农场超效率值,按照不同规模范围进行分类,计算各规模范围的超效率平均值。研究表明,吉林省玉米种植家庭农场的适度经营规模为6.67~10hm2。提出对策和建议,规范土地流转机制,控制土地流转价格;完善农业技术培训体系,培育新型职业农民;合理投入生产要素,倡导适度规模经营。

Abstract:This paper investigates the family farms in the planting industry of Jilin province, which are only engaged in corn planting, establishes an evaluation index system for operating efficiency, discusses the operating efficiency of the family farms in Jilin province using DEA model, and uses super efficiency DEA model to calculate the super efficiency value of family farms, classifies them according to different scale ranges, and calculates the average super efficiency value of each scale range. The appropriate operating scale of the corn planting family farm in Jilin province is 6.67-10 hectare, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions, standardize the land transfer mechanism and control the land transfer price, improve the agricultural technology training system and cultivate new professional farmers, invest production factors reasonably and advocate moderate scale operation.
