普通丝瓜叶片成分和物理结构对黄足黑守瓜取食和定位的影响

摘    要:黄足黑守瓜是普通丝瓜生长过程中危害叶片的主要害虫。本文对普通丝瓜不同部位叶片挥发性成分、营养成分和物理结构对黄足黑守瓜取食和定位的影响进行了系统研究。本实验采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分析了普通丝瓜不同部位叶片挥发性成分,研究结果表明,嫩叶主要挥发性成分有(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇(27.65%)和植醇(45.77%),成熟叶挥发性成分主要有(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇(49.34%),老叶挥发性成分主要有植醇(63.25%),且挥发性成分对黄足黑守瓜远距离定位起到了引导作用。同时,本研究还采用5点取样法、3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和考马斯亮蓝法分别研究了普通丝瓜不同部位叶片营养成分含量与黄足黑守瓜取食之间的关系,实验结果表明,黄足黑守瓜喜食植物叶片嫩叶部位,喜食部位叶片的总糖与还原糖含量、蛋白质含量都最高,且总糖含量与蛋白质含量比值最高。叶片物理结构调查采用石蜡切片法,发现叶片的物理结构对于黄足黑守瓜取食很少造成影响。通过研究,使我们充分地了解影响黄足黑守瓜取食不同部位叶片的因素,便于今后的育种和栽培过程中加强不利于黄足黑守瓜取食的因素,以达到安全、环保地进行农业生产的目的。

Effect of Ingredients and Physics Structure of Towel Gourd Leaves on Feeding and Orientation ofA ulacophora lewis ii

Abstract:Aulacophora lewisii is a kind of major insect pest endangering leaves during the development of towel gourd (Luffa cylindrica (L.) Roem). In this paper, we have conducted a systematic research about the effects of volatile components, nutrition compounds content and physical structure from different parts of towel gourd leaves on feeding and orientation ofA. lewisii. We employed the headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to be as the experiment method for analyzing the volatile components in different parts of towel gourd leaves. The results showed that 27.65% of the main volatile compounds in young leaves was phytol and 45.77% of that was (Z)-3-hexen-1-ol, 49.34% of the main volatile compounds in fully grown leaves was (Z)-3-hex- en-1-ol, and 63.25% of the main volatile compounds in withered leaves was phytol. And further analysis revealed that the volatile compounds had an inducing effect on the far-distance orientation ofA. lewisii. At the same time, we analyzed the relationship between nutrition compounds content in different parts of towel gourd leaves and feeding degree ofA. lewisii by using the method of five-point sampling, 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry and coomassie brilliant blue approach, respectively. The results illusrtated that A. lewisii prefered to feed tender leaves, in which the content of revert sugar, total sugar and protein was the highest, and so was the ratio of the total sugar content and protein content. The investigation of physical structure of different parts of the leaves was also studied by the method of paraffin slice, which demonstrated that the physical structure had little effect on feeding of A. lewisii.
