| 摘 要： | 我国科技期刊虽然数量品种众多,但精品期刊却凤毛麟角,打造精品期刊已迫在眉睫。本文阐述了打造精品科技期刊的必要性,分析了编辑人员传统思维方式对科技期刊质量的影响。指出科技期刊编辑工作者应从提高学术鉴别能力、创新能力、管理能力、合作与交流能力、捕捉信息的能力等方面不断努力,才能打造精品期刊,在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | There are a lots of sci-tech Periodicals in China, but seldom of them are high quality. It is very important and urgen- cy to creating high quality periodicals. This paper discusses the necessary to creating high quality periodicals, and the editor＇ s traditional thought will be effect the periodicals quality, sci-tech periodical editors must continually improve the ability of judgement, creativity, management, communion, and information. So that, it is possible to create high quality sci-tech peri- odicals to be succeed in competition. |
